If you're looking for an approachable, friendly Realtor who's nearly as passionate about your house hunt as you are, we might be a great fit! I aim to foster enthusiasm, education, and self-confidence with every client. Also, I already love your pets.
Most of my business is in the Twin Cities, but if you're looking for a Realtor within an hour or two of the area, just ask! Will road trip for good clients. I love working with clients in any capacity, but there's a soft spot in my heart for first-time buyers. I also love chatting about real estate curiosities and answering questions!
My pronouns are they/he (use whichever, whenever) and I am queer, non-binary, and trans. One of my goals in real estate is to make sure my clients feel their identities and relationships are respected at all levels of the process.
Before joining EXIT Realty Metro, I spent nine years in tech support and several more (ongoing) as the bestselling author and illustrator of books like Unicorns Are Jerks: A Coloring Book Exposing The Cold, Hard, Sparkly Truth and The Trans Self-Care Workbook. I'm also passionate about sci-fi and fantasy, fiber arts, and social justice. I donate at least $100 from every closing to local organizations that fight racism, support BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people, and provide aid to our unhoused neighbors. My home is the Saint Paul Midway, where I live with my partner, our kid, three cats, a snake, and a bearded dragon named Toast.
I was featured in Lavender Magazine in fall of 2018!
I can help you navigate the housing market, find a home you love, and get you to the closing table.
